Hi All,
Here again with another research roundup. Based on some feedback and the volume of studies coming out, I’m going to be curating this list to reduce the overall number but, hopefully, enriching it for interesting content. Admittedly the selection is largely based on titles and abstracts, so if I’ve missed a cool article, please drop it in the comments below!
(Also, you’ll see this text throughout Moxi as I divide these papers up into their respective tissue Topics. Sorry in advance for the repetition. If you want to see the whole list, check out the News Topic Thread)
And with that, on to the list:
- Applying organoid technology to pediatric cancer research:: towards organoid-directed treatment of pediatric kidney cancer patients
- Patient-derived tumor organoids as a platform of precision treatment for malignant brain tumors
- Microtumor Spheroids Provide a Model for Studying Molecules Involved in Vascular Organization: An Illustrative Study for VE-cadherin
- Precision oncology using ex vivo technology: a step towards individualised cancer care?
- Advances in the development of chordoma models for drug discovery and precision medicine
- Microfluidic Biosensor-Based Devices for Rapid Diagnosis and Effective Anti-cancer Therapeutic Monitoring for Breast Cancer Metastasis
- Glioblastoma Multiforme: A Review
- Conversation before crossing: dissecting metastatic tumor-vascular interactions in microphysiological systems
- Investigation of early neoplastic transformation and premalignant biology using genetically engineered organoid models
- A Three-Dimensional Organoid Culture System to Model Invasive Patterns of Patient-Derived Glioma Stem Cells
- From organoids to bedside: advances in modeling, decoding and targeting of colorectal cancer.
- Development And Application Of Patient-Derived Glioblastoma Organoids For Studying Tumor Heterogeneity And The Immune-Related Microenvironment
