Hi All,
Here again with another research roundup. Based on some feedback and the volume of studies coming out, I’m going to be curating this list to reduce the overall number but, hopefully, enriching it for interesting content. Admittedly the selection is largely based on titles and abstracts, so if I’ve missed a cool article, please drop it in the comments below!
(Also, you’ll see this text throughout Moxi as I divide these papers up into their respective tissue Topics. Sorry in advance for the repetition. If you want to see the whole list, check out the News Topic Thread)
And with that, on to the list:
- A nomenclature consensus for nervous system organoids and assembloids
- Recapitulating the Brain Microenvironment in Vitro to Study its Impact on Glioblastoma Stemness Marker Expression
- Wirelessly Powered Electrical-Stimulation Based on Biodegradable 3D Piezoelectric Scaffolds Promotes the Spinal Cord Injury Repair
- Neuronal hyperexcitability and ion channel dysfunction in CDKL5-deficiency patient iPSC-derived cortical organoids
- Neuroregenerative potential of SCAP-derived neuronal cell spheroids regulated by SCAPs under various microenvironments in a pulp-on-chip system
- Micro- and nanodevices for integration with human brain organoids
- A benchtop brain injury model using resected donor tissue from patients with Chiari malformation
- Advantages of CRISPR-Cas9 combined organoid model in the study of congenital nervous system malformations
- Human PSCs determine the competency of cerebral organoid differentiation via FGF signaling and epigenetic mechanisms
- The impact of antidepressants on human neurodevelopment: Brain organoids as experimental tools
