Hi All,
Here again with another research roundup. Based on some feedback and the volume of studies coming out, I’m going to be curating this list to reduce the overall number but, hopefully, enriching it for interesting content. Admittedly the selection is largely based on titles and abstracts, so if I’ve missed a cool article, please drop it in the comments below!
(Also, you’ll see this text throughout Moxi as I divide these papers up into their respective tissue Topics. Sorry in advance for the repetition.)
And with that, on to the list:
Organ-Chips and MPS
- Tissue clearing of human iPSC-derived organ-chips enables high resolution imaging and analysis
- Effect of probiotics on wound healing in a 3D bioprinted human mucosa model
- Mechanoresponsive regulation of fibroblast-to-myofibroblast transition in three-dimensional tissue analogues: mechanical strain amplitude dependency of fibrosis
- Lung-on-a-Chip and Lung organoid models
Organoids, MCTS, and 3D Suspension Cultures
- Systematic review on spheroids from adipose‐derived stem cells: Spontaneous or artefact state?
- Multiomic analysis of papillary thyroid cancers identifies BAIAP2L1-BRAF fusion and requirement of TRIM25, PDE5A and PKCδ for tumorigenesis
