As Chris mentioned we see that the Colon Intestine-Chip supports heterogeneous cell types present in the intestine: absorptive enterocytes (Villin+), goblet cells (Muc2+), enteroendocrine cells (ChgA+), cycling stem cells (Lgr5+) and quiescent stem cells (Bmi1).
